Xignux S.A. de Mexico announced today that it successfully concluded the process of selling Centelsa – the producer of cables in Latin America participating in the construction and public utilities sector – to Nexans SA (Euronext Paris: NEX).
The close of the operation was finalized after securing the necessary regulatory approvals for these types of transactions and complying with all required conditions.
